Earth discovered to be Cosmic Detainee Facility

It's been discovered by scientists that as we used to think of Earth as it's own independent planet, with some even thinking of it as the "center" of the universe at one point in history, it's now been revealed that it is simple a "Detainee" facility for the cosmos. Little more is known about this revelation other than there are plans to shut it down, but none of the other planets want any of the "detainees", except perhaps for Brad and Angelina.
